UPDATED: Pagliacci’s Magnolia remodel nearing completion. Ribbon Cutting scheduled
Pagliacci Pizza on Dravus is a bustle of activity these days. While contractors continue their work expanding and remodeling Pagliacci's Interbay digs, inside business continues as usual. Construction is coming to an end "by the end of the month" with an expanded dining area and pizza-by-the-slice bar.
Pagliacci on their construction status:
"The physical building is taking shape behind the veil of plywood and scaffolding too. The tiny dining room that once held a couple of tables and handful of chairs is now quite spacious (though, not yet dine-able), and an outdoor seating area has been added. Floor to ceiling windows that wrap around the building’s perimeter let lots of light in even on cloudy days. Aug. 25th UPDATE- Pagliacci Pizza has updated us regarding their Grand Re-Opening:
"To kick off the celebration, we will welcome Seattle Mayor Ed Murray to an official ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, August 27, at 11 a.m. before opening our revamped space to the public. The fun continues at Magnolia with the ultimate pizza party on Saturday, August 30, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Customers can get two free pizza slices per person and enjoy live bluegrass music from Rabbit Stew String Band. Everyone is welcome to attend both events."
